Friendly Visit from German Client – Impressed by DuanShuo’s Sheet Metal Workshop and Smart Automation

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a client from Germany to visit our sheet metal workshop at DS Machtech.  He took a close look at every step of our production process and was genuinely impressed by our facilities — especially the laser cutting machines, automatic bending equipment, and robotic welding systems. He even snapped lots of photos, saying our workshop was “very advanced and well-organized.”
Our workshop is equipped with everything needed for efficient sheet metal processing:
 

• 4 high-speed laser cutting machines
• Dual-operator bending machines
• An automatic bending machine paired with robotic arms for loading and unloading

This smart setup has really boosted both our efficiency and bending accuracy, cutting down on rework and reducing waste. 
 

On top of that, we combine traditional welding and polishing lines with a YASKAWA robotic welding system from Japan. This mix of manual and automated welding lets us meet a wide range of welding needs — quickly and with high precision.

The client happened to visit while we were loading a batch of storage cabinets bound for Poland. He took a good look at the surface treatment and finish quality and gave us a big thumbs-up for the craftsmanship. It’s great to see that our quality and attention to detail helped build even more trust for future cooperation.
