Product Description
CTB-32 Outdoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker also named as Outdoor Switch Operating Mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the Mechanism) is mainly used for outdoor ZW32 outdoor vacuum column circuit breakers, load switches and other power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12kV. The power components of medium load current, overload current and short circuit current are one of the important core components of the switch. Its performance meets the requirements of GB1984-2014 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker" and the technical requirements of the operating mechanism part in the IEC standard.
Performance characteristics
1. The mechanism is small in size, compact in structure, light in weight and maintenance-free.
2. Two optional power modes, DC and AC, are suitable for use under different power conditions.
3. The metal parts are made of galvanized nickel alloy coating, which has a long salt spray resistance (more than 200 hours), and low-temperature grease is added between each rotating element to meet the outdoor switch design climate environment.
4. The key parts adopt the heat treatment process with reliable quality, with high strength and good impact resistance.
5. It has two operating modes, manual and electric, to meet the needs of remote and local operation.
6. Meet the requirements of long mechanical life (12,000 times) of Nanwang.
7. Use a fully enclosed motor to prevent moisture and salt spray, improve the reliability and life of the motor,
Working conditions
1. The upper limit of ambient air temperature is +40℃, and the lower limit is -45℃
2. The altitude is not more than 2000m, and the wind speed is not more than 35m/s
3. The daily average relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90% (+25℃). The daily average of water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2x103Mpa, and the monthly average is not less than 1.8x103Mpa.
4. There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, corrosion and violent vibration places.

Storage and transportation requirements:
A. The organization should be stored indoors, and should not be corroded by water vapor or harmful gas, and should be checked regularly;
B. The whole unit must be packaged in a box when the organization is transported;
C. Packing and unpacking should be carried out in a dry room, and be careful not to damage the parts of the mechanism.
